No Bake Energy Balls

Directions:
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
½ cup Peanut Butter (or other Nut Butters)
1/3 Cup Honey
1 cup Coconut Chipped (Optional)
½ cup Ground Flaxseed
½ cup mini Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Mix all ingredients in bowl until thoroughly moistened. Can chill in Frig ½ hour before using a melon baller to help form the balls or can form balls immediately. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated up to one week. Enjoy!
