3 Cup Mississippi Marketplace Muffin Mix
6 oz cold water
2 Tbsp softened margarine
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Stir with a large spoon until smooth. Deposit batter into greased or paper lined cups and bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until done.
